Iowa's locally owned electric cooperatives have a long history of supporting energy efficiency as a part of our continuing commitment to the cooperative principles.
Consumers Energy offers members a variety of rebates for new electric equipment purchases and energy-efficiency upgrades to benefit the members we serve.
To be eligible, you must be a member of Consumers Energy, and you must apply for rebates within 6 months of purchase and submit copies of receipts for items purchased.
Any rebates for the current year are due by January 31 of the following year for the current year's rebate to apply. If rebates are submitted after that date, new rebate pricing will apply.

Rebates offered by the co-op are listed below with the option of filling out the online form or printing out the document and mailing it in.
All Central Air Conditioners:
$100/unit. Limit two air conditioner rebates per residence.
Level II Charger:
50% of installed cost up to $750
The primary charging location of the vehicle must be at the home address of the cooperative member.
EV Ready - New Construction:
$100
Class I or II Forklift:
Up to $1,000 each
Class III Hand Lift/Truck:
up to $350 each
